I can analyze galaxies and the differences between galaxies. I will compare the Milky Way Galaxy to other types of galaxies.
I can identify key technological advancements that helped in making our knowledge of space expand. My research will show the past, but I will also predict what future advancements may stretch our limits even more. On October 4 1957 Sputnik 1 was launched. What was the significant of this event. This shows that now the Russian are the world power they can now shoot I.C.B.M and blow up American cities and we just have to stand there and take it. With only planes that can drop nuclear bombs Russia can shoot and destroy American cities before we can even get planes with bombs to Europe. November 3 1957 Russia has just put a dog up in to space the Russians can now support life up in space. This now a huge wake up call to the Americans they are now way behind and now Russia has life in space. Oct 1st 1958 the National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics (NACA) is replaced by The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Nov 8th 1960 John F. Kennedy becomes the 35th President of the United States of America he will go on to give a speech were he says that America will be the first on on the moon and will do it in the decade. Apr. 12th Yuri Gagarin orbits the Earth once he now the first in space now America is scared the Russians now have human life in space. May 5th Alan B. Shepard becomes the first American in space now America and Russia are neck and president Kennedy make a bold decision to give the speech I talked about earlier. Nov 22th 1963 President Kennedy is assassinated in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, Texas there are tons of conspiracy of the assassination one of the most though to be true is of the Russians hiring a assassin to do the job. The Next major event is Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin land on the moon and preform the first space walk and plant the American flag on the moon. The U.S.A has won and are the back on top in technology. The United States and Russia agreed to build a space station and complete other joint ventures in space. A contest that began with fear and war has become a partnership for the better of man kind.
I can analyze the origins of our solar system. Starting with the sun, my research will emphasize how our solar system formed, the differences between inner planets and outer planets, and analyze the future of our sun and the solar system.
I can effectively explain the different theories of the universe. I will discuss theories starting from Ancient Greece through the theories discussed in present day. I will analyze all theories and make a judgment based on my research on which is most valid. In ancient Greece the theories were that gods created the stars the planets and all of the universe and that there was a god for every thing like there would be Poseidon god of the sea, Zeus god of the sky and Hades god of the under world. These three gods were like the big three. They ruled with nine other Olympians (aka the rulers) after they over through the Titans. these are the other nine are Hestia(hearth fire), Hera(family), Ares(War), Athena(wisdom), Apollo(light), Aphrodite(love), Hermes(messenger), Artemis(huntress), and Hephaestus(blacksmith). The Greek people believed that there were gods for all things.
I can analyze the differences between comets, asteroids, meteors and moons. I will research orbits and discuss differences of what we see from the Earth’s surface (phases). I will analyze the effect the moon’s orbit has on our planet. I will predict what would happen if Earth had a 2nd moon or the distance to the moon was increased or decreased.If earth were to get a second moon it would mean bigger waves. Buildings would be destroyed by stronger gravity, Tsunamis would happen a lot more often and be even deadlier than before
I can research the history of constellations. My research will delve into the stories and the myths associated with each constellation. I will create my own constellation either changing the story of a real constellation or creating one on my own.
The constellations were started by the Greeks, the Egyptians and other ancient civilization they were ways that they told stories to their family and friends. It is also away to explain how the universe was start and why they are there on earth. There are 88 constellations at all times of the night sky. Now there are two more. Mollie and Madison the daughters of Canis major the dog of Orion this is their story. Shortly before Orion's death Canis major had a vision of his and Orion's deaths so Canis wanted his seed to live on so he found the dog of Poseidon Agape. Agape and Canis and history together but when Poseidon found out the dog of Orion was with his dog he and the rest of the god banished him for that and other reasons but the other reasons is a different story. They both were banished but Canis has the power to teleport but he can only do it so many times. He only had one teleport left so before he and found the scorpion he teleported to Agape. When she saw him she was so existed she could not even bark. After Canis finished the job he teleported back to Orion to find him in the middle of the fight between him and the scorpion. Canis ran as fast as he could and then jumped as high as he could at the scorpion Canis bit as hard as he could but it was to late for him and Orion. The scorpion grabbed Canis and ended the dog right there. Part 2 Mollie and Madison. Agape Knew she was carry puppies and if Poseidon knew about Agape and Canis the puppies would not be safe so had to hide. it would be 60 days later until Mollie and Madison were born. Agape knew these dogs would be special They had all the powers of there parents and more the have the teleportation powers of Canis and the transformation powers of Agape. Mollie was smaller, faster, and has more endurance. Madison was stronger, bigger, and had a better sense of danger. After Agape had Mollie and Madison he took them back to Poseidon. When Poseidon saw the dogs he ask Agape if they were hers. She replied Yes Poseidon did not know if the dogs could be Agape's these dogs are a unknown breed there coat is a yellow color with white areas. Poseidon did not understand how Agape was able to have puppies if she had never left the house. He instantly started a search for Canis Major think that maybe before he was banished he did something. It took four months to find Canis's dead body but it was finally found on Orion's belt. In four months Madison had grown to be 20 inches tall and 58 pounds and Mollie had become 18 inches and 49 pounds. They are still to small to avenge Canis Major. Six Month after there birth they are full grown Madison is at a height of 27 inch and 70 pounds and Mollie is 26 inches tall and weights 62 pounds they are ready to find the scorpion that killed Canis Major. Mollie and Madison found Rufas the monkey and asked him to make them armor he accepted and made a new type of armor called Kevlar. And Rufas did bestow unto him, thy Golden Kevlar, even able to with stand a death machine with the unlimited ammo hack, Steady aim pro and stopping power pro equipped would not destroy this armor but thy armor would depose of thy self after one combat training mission or one battle. With there armor on and ready to go they need to know were Canis final battle was. So they went to Poseidon and asked where Canis had died he explained how his son was banished and had to live in the desert and how the scorpion had killed Orion and Canis. Madison and Mollie now knew were to go so with the power their father they teleported to the desert. With the armor on and ready for battle the looked for the scorpion. They could not find it so they walk around looking Mollie had say some thing move like it was under the sand think extremely quickly they jumped hit the sand with all there might sand was flying all over and the scorpion was in the air aiming it claws for Madison's head. Mollie jumped and bite the scorpion on it right biggest arm and snapped the arm off. Mollie instantly moved out of the falling scorpions way. More sand was in the air and Mollie and Madison didn't see were the scorpion went they knew he was under the sand and they ran around on the sand so if the scorpion were to jump out it would not jump from under them. The scorpion jumped trying to hit Madison but it missed by a mile. Scorpion was now unable to protect it self. Mollie jumped and in one quick movement she swung her hips and hit the scorpion the scorpion went through the air and hit the ground hard. Madison did a quick attack to drive the scorpion back in to the ground with such force that it made the waves of sand through out the desert the scorpion must have been at least six feet under and if that sand ever moved back to it original spot it would be at least ten feet under. So they walk away but Madison and a surprise waiting for her. The scorpion was in fact close to death but it had enough to deliver one final blow. It jumped out and aimed Madison Mollie jumped in front and grabbed the scorpions claw with her paws and bit it. The scorpion fell and lay on the sand died. Mollie and Madison went back to Agape to tell her of their journey. *** In the desert the scorpions body was all ready be eaten by vultures when the dead body was flipped to find 100 newly born scorpions at all new there mission. To avenge their Mother.
